Cancellation and payment terms

So you know where you stand: these terms apply to your booking at mei chalet - DAS BARBARA.

If you need to cancel

Plans change. What counts is the day your cancellation reaches us, measured against your day of arrival.

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.
29 to 7 days before arrival: 40 % of the total amount.
6 days to 1 day before arrival: 70 % of the total amount.
No-show: 100 % of the total amount.

Please send us your cancellation in writing so the date is clear for both sides. Travel insurance may cover these costs; it is independent of us and we do not arrange it.

Payment

Up to 30 days before arrival: 40 % of the total amount as a deposit.
The balance: either in cash on site or by bank transfer during your stay.

The Seefeld region visitor tax is charged in addition; you will find the current amount on our rates page.

Good to know

This summary covers the questions we are asked most often. In addition, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms (AGBH 2006) issued by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce apply, as amended. Where this page and your booking confirmation differ, your booking confirmation prevails.
